10the Drama Festival - “Nisidhha Nagari” Played

  Artists of “Swetapadma Nataghara “ Bhubaneswar  staged the oriya play “Nisidhha Nagari “ , written by veteran playwright  Sri purnachandra Das and directed by Pradeep Biswal  on the auspicious occasion of 10 the drama festival of premier cultural organization “Ame Banchichhu” , at Bhanja Kala Mandap, Bhubaneswar.  On this occasion, on 25th , the function was inaugurated by  veteran playwright P.C Das,Director capital hospital  Dr Laxmidhar Sahoo & Mr bijay Mishra , journalist , playwright Ananda Pahi, Veteran Director Dhirendra nath Malik and playwright Dr.Ramesh Prasad Panigrahi. The program was coordinated by veteran play Director Mukunda Satpathy . Mr Satpathy ventured to present the play “Nisidhha Nagari “  of veteran playwright  Sri purnachandra Das. 
  Two plays “Aparahnara Akash” and “Digdarsak” have been staged on 26 th March . “Aparahnara Akas” was  directed by writer Lalatendu Rath of Team “Mahumachhi” of Rourkela and the play of writer Priyam Janis  “Digdarsak” was directed by veteran Director Shiblal sagar and played  by “Jharkhand Sanskrutik Manch”.
    On the occasion , the speakers emphasized on the theatre culture and emphasised on the relation of life and its significance in the changing scenerio  of the world. Theater has been around for thousands of years, and has constantly been touching people's lives in some way or another. Generation to generation, the art of theater and performance has been passed down to others and has created a vast community of theater lovers. It has impacted many individuals in particular and the whole society at large . The theatre allows us to discover new ideas, new ways to express ourselves, and ways to bring words and melodies from a page to the stage.

Among others playwright  Sri Purnachandra Das , Dr Laxmidhar Sahoo , Director Capital Hospital and theatre lovers  were felicitated on the occasion.
