Brahma Kumari Usha Didi  , the renowned Raja Yoga Meditation teacher and Management Trainer of the Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya , Mount Abu in her visit to Odisha will address a large gathering on Spiritual Empowerment at Utkal Mandap on 20th & 21st Oct . 

Elaborating details about the program in a meeting on Thursday at Bhubaneshwar , Brahmakumari Geeta Didi , the Coordinator of Bhubaneshwar Unit of Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya , invited all to this important program to understand the practical application of the Spiritual Significance of Gita in Modern Living . 

Brahma Kumari Usha Didi will also deliberate on Stress Management and Relaxation techniques , Mind Management , Behaviour Management and regarding Enhancement  of the Spiritual Quotient. She will explain Geeta Knowledge and how the Geeta is relevant for all human beings across the world, with multiple stories/life examples. Living with values will bring one’s success. Values come from spiritual knowledge. Hence, it is a need of the hour to build one’s foundation with values.

BK Usha Didiji  will also explain how to live in this field of action (karma). While doing the action, no need to worry about the result as the result is a shadow of action.
